Topou collects your information for the reason of providing IT services to you. We will collect only what is needed to provide the service. We have no other reason to store, process or disseminate your information. Our reasons include business development purposes, for R & D purposes, to contract our services, to fulfil our legal, regulatory, or risk management obligations and to ensure we get paid.

In our technologically connected world today, sometimes it is necessary to share information with our services providers to ensure you receive the service you require. Some of these services providers include our cloud providers, our professional advisers, our network of service delivery agents. Each third-party service provider must also comply with the POPI Act and where appropriate, EU and UK data protection laws.

We will retain your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which this information was collected and any other permitted linked purpose, for example as long and you use our software, and we are required to support the software.
